Inbound Email Note Capture

Capture ideas, articles, and attachments directly into your vault by sending an email.

Setup Your Inbound Address

1. Navigate to the Settings page in the application.

2. Locate the Inbound Capture section.

3. Click Generate Address to create your unique inbound email address (e.g., inbox-xyz@capture.phasoric.com).

4. Save this address to your contacts for easy access.

Capturing Notes

• Send an email to your unique inbound address.
• The email subject will become the note title.
• The email body will be converted into clean markdown.
• Any attachments will be processed and appended to the note.

Rotating Your Address

If your inbound address is shared or compromised, you can rotate it under Settings -> Inbound Capture -> Rotate Address to generate a new key.
