Public Sharing & Export

Share individual note snapshots with others via public links, and export your notebook collection.

Creating a Public Share Link

1. Open the note you want to share.

2. Click Share in the top action menu.

3. Preview the exact public snapshot. Phasoric removes private frontmatter, internal workspace links, embedded-note targets, and automatic third-party image loads.

4. Optionally require an eight-character-or-longer password and set an expiration time.

5. Click Create public link.

6. Copy the unlisted public URL to share with others.

Public shares are isolated snapshots. Changes to the source note are not visible until you choose Update public note. The public URL cannot browse your workspace or follow Phasoric note deep links, and only attachments explicitly referenced in the published snapshot are available. Password-protected responses are never stored in a shared public cache. You can revoke the link at any time.

Exporting Your Vault

  • Go to Settings -> Import / Export.
  • Under Export Vault, select your desired format (Markdown zip, structured JSON, or static HTML pages).
  • Click Export to compile and download your entire vault archive.
