1. Our goal
Phasoric aims to make its public site and core product workflows usable by people with disabilities and to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an engineering target, not a claim that every screen, integration, generated artifact, or third-party component currently conforms.
2. How we work
We include semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives, form labels, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, and color-contrast review in product work. Automated accessibility tests cover public and authenticated routes, and material workflows should also receive keyboard and assistive-technology review. Automated tests cannot establish complete accessibility.
3. Known boundaries
Complex knowledge graphs, canvases, uploaded documents, user-authored Markdown, generated media, and third-party integrations may present accessibility limitations. Where a visual workflow has a structured or textual alternative, we aim to preserve access to the underlying information. Customers remain responsible for the accessibility of content they create, upload, or distribute.
4. Feedback and accommodation
If you encounter a barrier, email support@phasoric.com with the page or workflow, what you were trying to do, your browser or assistive technology if you choose to share it, and a safe way to reply. Please do not include private workspace content unless needed and authorized. We will acknowledge the report, investigate, and provide a workaround or remediation plan when reasonably possible.
